No, this isn’t a leftover picture from January. This is Lillis Manor this morning under 2+ inches of snow!

The forecast yesterday was typical. At noon they said “may have some wet snow overnight no accumulation”. At 3pm that became “wet snow overnight: half-inch in the northern counties – a light dusting in Columbus.” By the 11 O’clock news that became “1-3 inches in the Columbus area”. What a racket these weathermen have – they are right as about as often as a Microsoft sales rep.

The “Saw Doctors” had a great song about a ruined vacation called “Will It Ever Stop Raining?”; I wonder if I could commission a snow version?
